These saddles come with two available butter-soft leather options: heavy oil chestnut or Tucker black with a smooth finish. Care Instructions for Your 393 Heritage Big Bend Saddle:
Every new saddle has been oiled and finished with a protective coat, so you won’t need to oil it again for about six months—unless you’re riding frequently in dry or changing weather conditions. Since the finish is water-based (allowing leather to breathe), avoid detergent-based or harsh cleaning products. Gently rub the leather clean; never scrub hard with soap and water.
