In good condition County Stabilizer 17 1/2″ with forward flap, wool flocked panels newer billets and fixed front knee blocks. There is an after market addition of loop webbing for placing rear blocks but rear blocks are not included. The nearside cantle does appear to have a flattened corner and is considered a blemish.
