From the manufacturer:
- Made using a high tech fabric that is four times more abrasion resistant than leather.
- Reduces pressure.
- Wicks moisture so your horse stays dry.
- Antibacterial and hypoallergenic.
Prolite girths do need rinsing under a tap or dunking in a bucket of clean water (not the ends) in order to allow the accumulated sweat to be released. If not, they can become crusty.
